In the event of an emergency or for some reason you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another date for a course of equal value, or you may transfer your registration to another person in your company or organization by notifying us by email using the form https://www.searchengineacademy.ca/registration-email.html
Reselling Search Engine Academy registrations is not permitted.
Registration is open to persons 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.

If you require help prior to the training please contact us and we will make other arrangements to help you.
If someone else in your organization requires help please have them contact us and we will make other arrangements with them.
Lunch will take place at local restaurant or within the classroom area, at the discretion of the Instructor. Generally we dine as a group, if you have other plans at lunch time you are free to go on your own at your own expense but must return in time to continue the training.
Coffee, snacks and filtered water will be available before the morning session and at the morning and afternoon breaks.
Meals other than lunch are not included in the cost.
